01. Introduction & Scope
We strive for your complete satisfaction to provide a safe and secure journey to the best of our ability. These Terms and Conditions form the basis of our agreement and understanding with you.
LocoTourism Agency acts as a service facilitator, coordinating between guests and independent contractors such as hotels, airlines, and transport providers. While we take utmost care in selecting these partners, we do not have direct control over their internal operations.
Your registration and payment signify acceptance of these Terms in totality for yourself and all guests included in your booking.
02. Key Definitions
Force Majeure
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including war, epidemics, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen contractor cancellations.
Independent Contractor
Organizations selected by the Agency to render services like hotels, airlines, or restaurants. They are not employees or partners of the Agency.
Credit Shell
A non-encashable credit note for future bookings, issued in specific cancellation or rescheduling scenarios.
Itinerary
A detailed plan for your journey, subject to modification based on local conditions or Force Majeure situations.
03. Booking & Eligibility
Guest Health & Fitness
Guests must be medically fit to undertake the tour. Any pre-existing ailments must be disclosed. In case of health emergencies, guests are responsible for all medical and logistical expenses.
Registration
Signature or payment indicates acceptance. Payments through our official gateway signify acceptance of terms. We are not responsible for software or network errors during the booking process. All guests in a booking group are bound by the same conditions.
Special Assistance
Disabled guests or senior citizens requiring assistance must be accompanied by a qualified companion at their own cost.
Right of Admission
The Agency reserves the right to terminate the booking of any guest who disrupts the group or misbehaves.
Tour Merger
Tours may be merged or modified to ensure operational viability while maintaining core itinerary quality.
04. Passports & Visas
For international travel, valid passports and visas are mandatory statutory requirements.
Validity: Passports must be valid for at least 180 to 365 days beyond the scheduled arrival date.
Visa Processing: Granting of Visas is at the sole discretion of the respective Consulate. The Agency is a facilitator and has no control over delays or rejections.
Responsibility: It is the guest's sole responsibility to provide correct documentation and attend personal interviews if required.
05. Payments & Pricing
Tour tariffs are based on rates prevailing at the time of publication and are subject to change due to vendor costs or currency fluctuations.
Full Payment
Must be cleared 45 days prior to departure. Delayed payments may attract 18% p.a. interest.
Early Booking
Discounts are valid for limited seats and specific timelines. Full registration amount must be paid to qualify.
06. Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via the registered email to refund@locotourism.com.

07. Liability & Insurance
LocoTourism Agency acts as a mere travel agent booking services on behalf of travelers. We are not liable for person or property loss caused by any independent contractor.
Mandatory Insurance
Guests are strongly advised to acquire adequate travel insurance covering hospitalization, accidents, and baggage loss. Insurance claims are a matter solely between the guest and the insurance provider.
* The Agency is not liable for flight delays, baggage loss by airlines, or Force Majeure situations curtailing the tour.
08. Law & Jurisdiction
All disputes and differences shall be governed by Indian Law. Exclusive jurisdiction for any legal action resides solely with the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
* Each provision of these Terms is severable. If any part is declared invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
