• Payment is required at the time of booking

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by destination and booking type:

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before travel date
• 50% refund for cancellations 24-48 hours before travel
• No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of travel
• Emergency cancellations will be reviewed case by case

4. Travel Requirements

Travelers are responsible for:

• Valid passport and visa requirements
• Travel insurance (recommended)
• Health and vaccination requirements
• Following local laws and customs

5. Limitation of Liability

Locotourism acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during your travels. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

6. Modifications to Service

Locotourism reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. We may also modify these terms of service at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.
