Overview
At LocoTourism Agency, we understand that travel plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring you can book with confidence.
All refunds are processed via Bank Transfer in INR within 10 business days of approval. No interest is payable on any refund amount.
Credit Shell
A non-encashable credit note issued for future bookings in specific Force Majeure or rescheduling scenarios.
Rescheduling
Includes administration and operational charges incurred based on tour period and destination complexity.

Processing & Service Fees
A fixed administrative fee of ₹500 per booking applies to all refund requests to cover bank transaction charges and processing overhead.
Example Calculation:
For a ₹1,00,000 booking cancelled 65 days prior:
• Refund (85%): ₹85,000
• Admin Fee: ₹500
• Net Refund: ₹84,500
Special Scenarios
No Show: If a guest fails to join on Day 1, it is treated as a 100% cancellation. No refund will be provided.
Force Majeure: In case of natural calamities or political turmoil, the Agency reserves the right to reschedule. Credit notes may be issued after deducting actual vendor costs.
VISA Rejection: If a VISA is refused or delayed, cancellation charges apply from the date of intimation. Re-applying is at the guest's own risk.

Provide booking ID and bank account details (cancelled cheque).
