All refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.

Full refund minus processing fees
15-30 days before departure
75% refund of total amount

Processing Fees
A processing fee of 3% of the total booking amount will be deducted from all refunds to cover administrative costs and payment processing fees.
Example:
For a $1,000 booking cancelled 45 days before departure:
• Full refund: $1,000
• Processing fee (3%): $30
• Net refund: $970
Non-Refundable Items

- •Special event tickets or reservations
- •Custom or personalized services
Force Majeure & Special Circumstances
In cases of force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), we offer flexible options:

- •Credit voucher valid for 24 months
